When will I receive my order?

All products listed on my website are finished and ready to ship immediately! Depending on where you are ordering from, Standard Shipping will be anywhere between 2-10 working days. Please feel free to send me an email if you have placed an order and would like to know when it will be shipped out! I'll always make a visit to a shipping center as soon as possible. 

Do you do custom orders?

While my main focus is creating pieces that are ready to list for sale and ready to ship, during some weeks of free time, I will be open to custom orders, but this will be limited to a few orders per season. Remember, each piece is handmade and takes many hours to complete, but I will do my best to accept as many custom orders as I have capacity for! Please note that pricing will be based on the most similar stocked item with approximately a 20% increase. 

What size should I order? 

For Shorts: 

Caro Knit Shorts are designed to fit at the mid-waist, but depending on the length of your torso, these might fit a bit higher, landing at your bellybutton. Take a measurement of your waist and at the mid-waist and find an average measurement between the two. Most of the shorts have a wide-range of suitable sizes for the fit that are listed in the description. 

If any of my listed items do not appear to be within the size that is right for your body, please send me an email to discuss a custom order. I try to make each item fit a range of body types, and my aim for this brand is to not exclude any frame or shape! 

What is your return policy?

I'm hoping that each of my handmade items will find their forever homes after their first purchase. However, I will understand that sometimes, things happen! I will accept returns if the item is unworn, undamaged, and shipped back to my address within 15 days of receiving the item. However, please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs for the return. Please reach out to me before returning any items to see if we can find an alternative solution together.

The item I want is out of stock, will it be restocked? 

I prefer to make one-of-a-kind items so that each person can have an individual piece unique to them. I am always open to discussing creating a similar piece with a different colorway or yarn content, just send me an email for any custom inquiries and we can design something together! 

Size Guide - Shorts

The shorts are designed to sit along the mid-waist, but they can always be worn higher if that is your size preference! Before ordering, measure the circumference of your mid-waist, which sits about 0.5-1" under your bellybutton!
